TouchSea ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site, request a quote, or contact us, and how we use and protect it.

When you submit the contact or quote form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email, phone (optional), company, estimated quantity (optional), and any additional notes. We also record technical data such as the page you submitted from, referral source (UTM parameters), and device/browser information, plus your consent record (that you agreed to this policy).
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your quote request and provide customer support;
- To understand which products and markets interest you, so we can serve you better;
- To prevent spam and abuse, and to maintain the security of our site.
3. Legal basis (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area, we process your information on the basis of your consent (for marketing contact) and our legitimate interest in responding to your business enquiry. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
4. Data retention
We keep enquiry records only as long as necessary to serve your request and meet legal/accounting obligations. Spam and abandoned enquiries are removed on a shorter cycle.
5. Your rights
